Dr. Philipp Rösler, Germany’s Vice Chancellor and Federal Minister of Economics and Technology, points out that even larger than the auto industry is the IT industry. Rösler believes IT will make the manufacturing sector in Germany more agile, create more growth, and extend Germany’s competitive edge.

Rösler became Germany’s Vice Chancellor and Federal Minister of Economics and Technology in 2011. He spoke as part of the Global Speaker Series at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
