In this talk Upkar Singh describes how he started his career in Information Technology (IT). After completing the school all of his peers started opting mainstream branches like Civil, Mechanical, Chemical etc. but he decided to step into the Information Technology. Back then IT was not much explored, so there was risk involved in it. Upkar Singh shares his journey along with in respect to VUCA (Volatility Uncertainty Complexity Ambiguity) world and how he found the KEY to this VUCA world.
He is MBA (IT), MCSE certified, Certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, IIM Bangalore – Executive Education certified and ITIL V3 foundation certified technocrat with over 18 years.
