Description of Columbia Business School Video: On April 19, 2013, the Richman Center for Business, Law, and Public Policy presented the conference How Should Hydraulic Fracturing Be Regulated?

The conference explored the economic benefits, the technology, environmental risks, and the regulatory and legal choices that we are making, and will need to continue to make, as the energy industry continues to expand its use of this powerful technological tool.
