Feedback is a gift. Stanford GSB students talk about different facets of feedback whether it’s in a performance review or a conversation at work. We have the power to shape conversations whether you’re receiving or giving feedback. You’ll learn that feedback can be structured like any communication with specific tactics to better manage feedback conversations.
