Alison Levine served as the team captain of the first American Women’s Everest Expedition, climbed the highest peak on every continent, and skied to both the north and south poles. She is the author of The NY Times bestseller, On the Edge, which is a compilation of lessons learned on her various expeditions. She spent four years on the adjunct faculty at the US Military Academy at West Point where she lectured on the topic of leading teams in extreme environments, and she will share some of those lessons with us.
